- 3x 4-week blocks
- 4x a week resistance training sessions
- Can be modified for as few as 2 or as many as 6 workouts per week
- 4-5x a week cardio
- 2x per week core work
Requires access to a gym with machines and cables. Includes barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell (optional) movements.
