"Barely Buildin'" is our bodybuilding template for novice trainees.

This template includes resistance training and cardio for increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat. Perfect for new lifters with 1 year of training experience or less. 


  • 12 week training program
  • 3x 4-week blocks
  • 4x a week resistance training sessions
  • Can be modified for as few as 2 or as many as 6 workouts per week
  • 4-5x a week cardio
  • 2x per week core work

Requires access to a gym with machines and cables. Includes barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell (optional) movements.
