We currently deliver Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information.
How do I change my order?
Please email us as soon as you discover your order needs to be changed by emailing melsmoves@gmail.com. If your item has not shipped yet, and the item you require is in stock, we may be able to make arrangements for the correct item to be shipped.
What do I do if I've received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that this occurs, please email us immediately at melsmoves@gmail.com with the following information to ensure we resolve this for you quickly and efficiently.
- Your order number
- Name of missing item
- Name of item received
- A clear photograph of the item, including logo
Once we receive the information above, we will get this taken care of for you immediately. All claims for incorrect/missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
How do I return my items?

We will accept returns / exchanges for goods that have not been soiled or damaged less shipping costs. Once items are shipped back to us, we will process the refund within 24-48 hours. Make sure to keep proof of postage & tracking number for your reference (in the unlikely case a package goes missing).
How long do I have to return / exchange my items?
We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.
