Delivery Information:
We currently package and ship Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following week. Orders will be shipped between 7-10 business days. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information. 

How do I change my order?
All sales are final and cannot be changed. 

What do I do if I've received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that this occurs, please email us immediately at with the following information to ensure we resolve this for you quickly and efficiently.
  • Your order number
  • Name of missing item
  • Name of item received 
  • A clear photograph of the item, including logo

Once we receive the information above, we will get this taken care of for you immediately. All claims for incorrect/missing items must be made within 3 days of receiving the package.

How do I return my items?
All sales are final and we are no longer accepting returns.

How long do I have to return / exchange my items?
We are no longer accepting returns or exchanges.
